The 'Esig Task' is a Domino server addition that is used for communication with the application (DLL/Shared Library).

The task SHOULD NOT be left running during normal operation of the Signature application. The commands below are self terminating so can be issued from the server at anytime.

There are serveral commands the task will accept:

load disableuser
Used for Disabling Users Signatures

load version
Displays the version of the application and the esig task

load validate
Used for checking licences (see Install your licence)

Please Note: No other commands are currently supported on any release.

Post Version 2.896

From Version 2.896 the esig task will accept commands on the load command. The task will automatically terminate after processing the command.

Therefore you can now issue the following command

>load esig validate
