It is possible to bypass the group lookup part of the signature.

Specify a signature Configuration Document

You can specify a signature to use in the e-mail by appending a field in the Notes Document called 'CWUseSignature'.
The application will check for this field and if found will use the signature configuration document specified.

e.g. If someone in your organisation requires a seperate signature you can set up a Smart Icon to set this field.

An alternative solution would be to allow the user to select a signature from the lookup view within the esig database using the formula in the attached file picklist.txt

Embed a signature

It is possible to embed a signature in an e-mail. To successfully embed a signature it MUST be in the same format as the 'Body' e.g. Rich Text or MIME.

This functionality can be used for automated emails.

The signature needs to be embedded in a field called 'CWUseEmbedded?'
